Tradict is a business networking, and advertising service and is accessible to subscribers. The Business Service Directory is searchable and available to non-subscribing site visitors. By becoming a subscriber you undertake to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Registration with the service in addition to use of the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time and without notice to you.

Description of Services :

Tradict provides a number of services to its users such as discussion forums, information, For Sale and Wanted, directory services and networking plus any new services Tradict adds which would also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Member Account, passwords and security:

Tradict cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to comply with this section.
When you subscribe you are required to provide us with current, complete and accurate registration information. You are personally responsible for your account and any activities that are undertaken using it. This means that you, and not Tradict, will be held responsible for damages that could occur by someone else using your account.

Code of conduct:

You agree that all information, including text, data, and all other content, are the sole responsibility of the person from which the content originated. You and not Tradict are entirely responsible for the content that you post or transmit on Tradict. Users are accountable for the copyright status of any items they upload.
Tradict reserves the right to add, delete and edit all content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. Tradict under no circumstances will be liable for any content such as errors or omissions in content, or for loss or damage as a result of use of any content posted.

Tradict provides these links as a convenience but does not imply endorsement. If you access third party sites you do so at your own risk.

All negotiations with third parties are solely between you, the advertiser and other third party. Tradict shall not be responsible or liable for any such dealings or promotions. However, any concerns regarding listed external links can be directed to the site administrator to be edited.

Publishing articles:

Site users must never sell articles that have been obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. Tradict will publish the article source with any article published, and if the article is written by the Tradict Team this will also be stated. In relation to articles we will not knowingly change, edit or reword any part of an article that was obtained from a third party.

Submission of Content:

By submitting information, you are stating that your are at least 18 years of age or are allowed with parental consent to use this service. You are required to provide true, complete and accurate information about yourself and required to keep this up to date and accurate. Tradict has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all future service.

Termination of Account:

You understand and agree that Tradict may at its own discretion terminate your subscription and remove, archive or delete any content you have with the service if Tradict believes that you have violated the Terms and Conditions. Your account will also be terminated and damages may be sought if Tradict believes your account is the source of 'spam'.
